Arm Balancing Workshop



Learn to Fly: Arm Balance and Inversion Workshop

This will be a 2 hour workshop. Lian will guide you through some strengthening and stabilizing exercises for the shoulders and core, and then we will begin to build on some of the techniques important in building your arm balance practice. Learn some of the most commonly used postures in classes and how to apply them in flow. Modifications and variations will definitely be offered. Experience with yoga is recommended, but not necessary. Bring and open mind and a willingness to get your feet off the ground! This will be a lot of fun! Bring your questions!



Lian Mosher is an E-RYT 200, and has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. After receiving her 200hr certification in Boston in 2015, she moved to Virginia where she began her teaching path. From Power, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative, and Yin, Lian will challenge you to find your strength and find your center. Lian is currently on her reiki journey and aspires to use yoga, essential oils, sound healing, and energy work to heal
