Yin yoga meets hot stone massage for an experience of ultimate relaxation. In this practice, all postures are either seated or laying down with the option of extra support from props. While holding postures, we'll incorporate massage with heated stones to help release muscular tension. Join us for an artist talk and lecture by multimedia artist Erin Zerbe. Erin is a dedicated artist, crystal healer, educator, and spiritual searcher. In this talk, she discusses her journey as an artist working with issues of gender, identity, feminism, and spiritualism through performance art and ritual works. Learn about how shamanism, modern technology, and creativity converge in the art making practice, and learn about how holistic wellness plays a role in her studio works.

The intention of this workshop is to provide a safe space for queer self-inquiry and contemplation of the complete yoga practice, exploring the eight limbs through a queer lens. It is meant to be an LGBTQ+ only space, and all who self-identify as such are welcome. The ultimate aim is to leave participants with a solid foothold into yoga philosophy and practice that resonates and jives with their queer identity. $30 Per Person. Space is Limited.

Join us for a day of community and crafting! We will be making mala bead necklaces on March 24th from 1:30pm to 4:00pm. Mala beads are a tool used in yoga and meditation to cultivate presence and awareness by counting mantras or breath. Semiprecious stones will be provided, each with their own unique healing qualities to help the user manifest growth and transformation. All supplies will be provided and no experience is necessary! Our workshop will conclude with a brief intention-setting mediation.

Join us Sept. 21st from 6:30pm to 8pm as we celebrate the International Day of Peace. At 6:30pm we will host a guided meditation at the studio, followed by a Peace Tree Ceremony. Based on "Wish Tree" by artist Yoko Ono, participants will have the opportunity to write a wish or prayer for peace on a small piece of paper, and attach it to the live tree in the studio. This tree will serve as a reminder of our dedication to peace in our community. After our guided meditation and Peace Tree Ceremony, there will be a slow flow practice to the music of the Beatles from 7-8pm.
Seats for this event are limited, and all the proceeds will be donated to Southern Poverty Law Association, to aid in their fight to make our country a place of peace and acceptance for all. Please register in advance if you plan to attend.

The full moon lunar eclipse is about new beginnings and letting go of our need to control. The Full Sturgeon Moon honors changes that can at times be unpredictable. As such, thunderstorms are forecasted in the area at the same time as our event, so in the interest of safety we will have to cancel.
