This hour and a half practice will use gentle and restorative asana along with mindfulness and meditation exercises.
This practice is a learning opportunity to add to your self-healing toolbox. Strengthening to connection between your body, mind, and spirit can bring you to the present moment, finding grounding and becoming centered. Using techniques of controlling the breath and mind, you can manage stress, anxiety, and emotional distress. By practicing these tools you can allow yourself to live a more balanced life.
This is an experience open to all spiritualties. Please feel free to bring a mala, cross, oracle card, or any other small item that connects you to your higher power.
I also encourage you to bring a journal if you’d like to take notes about your experiences so you can practice them again when needed.
